What to include in your message
A few details up front help us give you a complete answer the first time:
- Fit questions: your regulator’s make and model, and if you can, the second-stage body diameter in inches or millimeters. Our Regulator Fit Guide shows how to measure it. A photo of the second stage from the front and side helps a lot.
- Camera questions: your camera model and the housing or frame you use with it.
- Installation help: which step you’re on and what’s happening. Photos are welcome. The full process is in our installation guide.
- Order questions: your order number, the name on the order, and your shipping ZIP code.
- Trip deadlines: if you need your order by a certain date before a dive trip, say so. We’ll do our best to help.

How quickly will I get a reply?
We usually reply within 1–2 business days. Messages sent over a weekend or a U.S. holiday are answered on the next business day.
Can you tell me if RegMount will fit my regulator?
Yes. Send us your regulator’s make and model, plus the second-stage diameter if you can measure it. RegMount fits most second stages with a body diameter of 2 3/8″–3 1/8″ (60–80 mm). You can also try the fit checker on our Fit Guide.
Can I change or cancel my order?
Contact us as soon as possible with your order number. If the order hasn’t shipped, we can usually make changes. See our Refund & Returns Policy for orders that have already shipped.
Do you have a showroom I can visit?
We sell online and through dive shop dealers, and we don’t run a walk-in showroom. Ask your local dive shop whether they carry RegMount, or order directly with free U.S. shipping from our shop.
